What we collect
When you contact us by form, email, or phone, we receive the information you choose to share: your name and contact details, and information about your property and appraisal need (such as the property location, property type, and the reason for the appraisal).
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, scope the assignment, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How it is stored
Inquiries submitted through the website form are transmitted securely and stored in access-controlled systems hosted on Amazon Web Services, and a copy is emailed to the firm. Form submissions are retained for up to two years, after which they are automatically deleted. Email and phone correspondence is retained as ordinary business records.
Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager to measure page visits and interactions, such as clicks on our phone number or contact links. This analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
