Jon C. Legault is the Principal and Chief Appraiser at Landrace Valuation, a Miami-based commercial real estate appraisal practice. He provides independent, objective valuation services for lenders, investors, attorneys, and institutional stakeholders navigating Miami's rapidly evolving market.

With a strong foundation in both appraisal and commercial brokerage, Jon brings extensive experience modeling complex income properties, including retail, self-storage, office, mixed-use, and land assets. Prior to founding Landrace Valuation, he served in senior valuation and advisory roles, ensuring rigorous compliance with USPAP and professional reporting standards. His analytical approach is highly disciplined, prioritizing market evidence and reporting clarity to support critical underwriting and litigation decisions.

Jon holds an MBA from the Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Managerial Economics from UC Davis. Outside of his professional practice, Jon is dedicated to giving back through local volunteering. A former collegiate athlete on the UC Davis Men's Crew team, he maintains a strong commitment to exercise and rowing, and enjoys unwinding by playing the guitar.
